Just Add Strat

The Marketing Leadership Your Brand Has Been Missing.

Senior marketing strategy, communications, and brand direction — without the overhead of a full-time hire.

What is a Fractional CMCO?

A Chief Marketing Communications Officer — or CMCO — is the senior leader responsible for how a brand thinks, communicates, and shows up in the market. Where a traditional CMO oversees all marketing operations, a CMCO goes deeper on the strategic and communications layer — ensuring that everything the brand says and does is intentional, consistent, and built to grow.

Fractional means you get that level of senior leadership on a retainer basis — embedded in your business, invested in your growth, without the cost of a full-time executive hire.

Think of it as having a dedicated marketing mind at the table — one who sets the direction, guides the execution, and ensures your brand is always moving with purpose.

Not an agency. Not a freelancer. Not a Project Manager.

A strategic partner who thinks like an owner.

Why Most Marketing Isn't Working

Jumping Straight to Execution

Most businesses run paid ads, post content, and launch campaigns — before they've defined what their brand actually stands for. The result is high spend with low returns, — and no brand equity to sustain growth long-term.

Missing the Strategic Layer

Philippine agencies are built to execute at scale or upsell other services. Senior strategic thinking — the kind that sets direction before anything is built — is rarely part of the package.

No Foundation, No Equity

Without a clear brand foundation, every campaign starts from zero. No consistency, no loyalty, no long-term growth. Just a cycle of spending that never compounds.

What the Philippines' biggest brands do in marketing — now accessible to growing businesses.

Hi, I'm Jas.

I'm a Fractional Chief Marketing Communications Officer with over 7 years of experience across agency, brand-side, and freelance roles — working with some of the Philippines' biggest names across household names and category leaders.

That cross-sector background isn't incidental. It means I've seen exactly how the best brands build strategy, communicate with their audiences, and grow — and I bring that same level of thinking to businesses that are ready for it, without the enterprise overhead that usually comes with it.

What I believe about Marketing

Marketing, at its best, does one thing: it puts the right message in front of the right people — consistently, and profitably. It builds the kind of deep customer understanding that doesn't just convert buyers, but expands what's possible for the business. Because reach without clarity is just noise. And messaging without strategy is just content. The goal is always both — the right reach, the right message, and marketing that compounds over time.
